This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
β’ Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
β’ Create and sustain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes such as Future and Queueable methods.
β’ Build and improve Lightning Web Components utilizing JavaScript and Apex.
β’ Configure and automate Salesforce through custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, workflows, Flows, and page layouts.
β’ Develop and conduct unit tests, integration tests, and support testing activities.
β’ Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
β’ Oversee Salesforce data updates and migrations using Data Loader, Workbench, and Data Import Wizard.
β’ Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Organization-Wide Defaults, and sharing rules.
β’ Collaborate within Agile teams to convert business requirements into Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Flow, and declarative solutions.
β’ Assist with code promotion and deployments utilizing Change Sets, ANT, Gearset, Git, and Jenkins.
β’ Support the delivery of Experience Cloud solutions, including Sites, Portals, Communities, and Salesforce CMS.
β’ Contribute to troubleshooting, production support, technical documentation, and continuous platform enhancements.
β’ Provide development or integration support for Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect as required.
β’ Salesforce certifications are mandatory, including Salesforce Platform Developer.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of Salesforce experience in developing and managing applications on the Salesforce Platform.
β’ Strong grasp of Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Flow, Process Builder, Apex controllers, triggers, APIs, governor limits, web services, and batch jobs.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development with Apex, covering classes, triggers, test classes, scheduled batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
β’ Proficient hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript-based UI/UX enhancements, Apex handlers, and JavaScript development.
β’ Expertise in building complex Salesforce Flows and utilizing automation and declarative tools.
β’ Advanced Salesforce configuration skills, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and territory management.
β’ Experience in delivering Apex- and LWC-intensive projects and converting technical requirements into development tasks.
β’ Familiarity with Gearset, version control systems, and CI/CD best practices.
β’ Proven experience in delivering Sites, Portals, and Communities via Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce CMS.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
β’ Preferred experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
β’ Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC.
