Power App Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand virtual desktop solutions by selecting operating system bundles (Windows/Linux) and assessing compute or storage requirements.

• Integrate AWS WorkSpaces with Active Directory (including Simple AD, Managed Microsoft AD, or on-premises AD) and identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID.

• Implement security protocols, multi-factor authentication (MFA), AWS KMS encryption, and network access regulations through Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).

• Track system uptime, automate patching using AWS Systems Manager, resolve connection issues, and enhance cost efficiency (hourly or monthly billing).

• Establish effective multi-factor authentication (MFA), SAML 2.0 federation with Identity Providers (IdPs such as Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID), and stringent network access permissions.

• Enforce encryption-at-rest via AWS Key Management Service (KMS) for both root and user volumes, and secure streaming protocols (PCoIP and Amazon DCV).

• Design and oversee application packaging and delivery solutions (e.g., Amazon WAM, AppStream 2.0, or traditional group policies) to facilitate efficient software deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Solid understanding of essential AWS services (VPC, IAM, KMS, Directory Service, CloudWatch).

• Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPNs, Direct Connect, and streaming protocols such as PCoIP or DCV.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or AWS CLI for bulk user provisioning and management.
