Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Create user stories using Jira

• Assist the Product Owner in reviewing requirements and user stories to ensure precision and approval

• Keep user and product documentation up to date

• Analyze and document business processes

• Act as a liaison between the business and development teams throughout the project

• Plan, organize, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
