Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery and requirements refinement sessions to identify the business, functional, and technological needs of customers.

• Transform requirements into concise user stories and solution design documents.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis to assess the alignment between Salesforce capabilities and client requirements.

• Craft Salesforce solutions that include configurations of Salesforce and Managed Packages, intricate data models, external integrations, business process automation, and custom functionality.

• Create specifications for custom development and oversee delivery and testing by development teams.

• Refine solutions through iterative Build/Test/Review cycles in collaboration with the customer Product Owner.

• Develop training programs and provide training sessions for end users.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Director to ensure project management aligns with scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or consulting, with a strong background in project coordination, business analysis, or project management.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Business Analyst certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in defining business processes, drafting user stories, and gathering Salesforce requirements from various stakeholders and workstreams.

• Demonstrated ability to support Salesforce implementations, including data migrations, third-party integrations, and configurations across B2B, B2C, and hybrid models.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis, reporting, and delivering insights in a clear and accurate manner.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Salesforce products.

• Experience in identifying and automating manual processes to enhance efficiency.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a talent for collaboration, influencing, and mentoring junior team members.

• Capacity to work independently, stay organized, manage priorities, and perform administrative and operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

• Adaptability and a mindset geared towards continuous learning, with a history of contributing to successful projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and changing requirements.

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
