Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate working sessions with clients to collect and clarify requirements for requests, enhancements, or features.

• Review client documentation, processes, and data to assess requirements and provide recommendations.

• Record client requirements for internal use and secure client approval.

• Design and propose solutions utilizing the Fundingo product and Salesforce tools.

• Construct and configure custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, security/permission settings, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with third-party applications such as Conga and DocuSign, as well as integration partners.

• Execute data imports and exports.

• Suggest best practices and pinpoint opportunities for system enhancements.

• Educate clients on new functionalities and Fundingo's loan management application.

• Develop training plans and documentation specific to requests.

• Monitor user adoption and propose follow-up support as needed.

• Engage with clients to gather feedback and secure approval.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams when escalations arise.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous client requests and enhancements across various accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.

• At least 1 year of experience working directly with end users/clients.

• Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while focusing on specific solutions.

• Innate curiosity — consistently asking questions and striving to learn more.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Adaptability to meet constantly evolving priorities and challenges.

• Exceptional communication, follow-through, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced setting.

• Experience with Experience Cloud build/configuration is a plus.

• Background in the financial services/lending industry is advantageous.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.
