Salesforce Administrator II – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Configure and oversee Salesforce functionalities, which encompass custom objects, advanced flows, and validation rules.

• Sustain and enhance best practices for business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Implement data governance principles to guarantee high data quality and scalable information architectures.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that facilitate business processes and assist in decision-making.

• Oversee user access, login and activity logs, user deactivation, field access, profiles, and permissions management.

• Execute data cleanup and manipulation tasks utilizing Data Loader or third-party applications.

• Implement changes through a deployment pipeline instead of directly modifying the production environment.

• Offer first-line Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries to completion.

• Leverage AI assistants for impact analysis and issue investigation.

• Evaluate the implications of Salesforce configuration, capabilities, and release updates on business operations.

• Aid in employee onboarding, Salesforce training, and fostering adoption.

• Assess and promote the adoption of technologies, processes, and procedures that enhance Salesforce efficiency.

• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

• Provide assistance with special assignments and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience, including configuration and support for Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Profound understanding of Salesforce administration, encompassing user management, security settings, and data management.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Flow.

• Proficiency in Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Direct experience utilizing AI assistants in technical tasks.

• Familiarity with training and onboarding new Salesforce users.

• Capability to collaborate with stakeholders to implement features through configuration, development, or technology evaluations.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and addressing technical issues.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to work effectively within a team.

• Understanding of Agile principles and practices.

• A strong desire to work within a fully Agile team.

• Candidates must be located in the United States.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification, Advanced Administrator Certification, Platform App Builder, and SAFe Agilist Certification are preferred qualifications.

• Experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques is a plus.

• Familiarity with version-controlled deployment is a desirable attribute.

• Experience with Marketo, Tableau, Intercom, or PandaDoc is a plus.
