πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the daily administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud), encompassing user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings across all global regions.

β€’ Design, construct, and sustain workflows, flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and reports/dashboards to facilitate global go-to-market operations.

β€’ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

β€’ Oversee and enhance data quality through deduplication, cleansing, imports/exports, and the implementation of best practices in data governance.

β€’ Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and various third-party tools, including marketing automation, CPQ, Experience Cloud, L&D platform, Slack, and AI platform.

β€’ Support global sales operations, including territory management, forecasting setup, pipeline reporting, and quota tracking.

β€’ Work together with teams in Japan and Europe to ensure Salesforce configurations align with regional requirements and processes.

β€’ Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend as well as implement advantageous new features.

β€’ Document system configurations, processes, customizations, and training materials; provide training to the Sales team as necessary.

β€’ Act as the primary internal contact with Soracom's external Salesforce implementation partner, coordinating development projects, enhancements, and issue resolution.

β€’ Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and releases, including writing test scripts, recruiting testers, tracking defects, and obtaining stakeholder approval.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

β€’ Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are highly advantageous.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in supporting global or multi-regional Salesforce deployments with complex user bases and data models.

β€’ Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), including the creation and management of portals or partner/customer communities.

β€’ Strong expertise in Salesforce automation tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

β€’ Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Slack, Docusign, Snowflake, or similar tools).

β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards to support revenue operations, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.

β€’ Experience in leading or participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts, managing defect tracking, and coordinating stakeholder approval.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different time zones.

β€’ Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

β€’ Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

β€’ Advocate for the next generation of CRM capabilities by understanding how Salesforce, data platforms, AI agents, and emerging integration technologies are transforming business operations. Continuously evaluate industry trends and propose best practices to keep our CRM ecosystem modern, scalable, and aligned with the company's future requirements.

β€’ Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools within or integrated with Salesforce.

β€’ Proficiency in Japanese (written and/or spoken) is a significant advantage due to close collaboration with Soracom's headquarters in Japan.

β€’ Background in the IoT, telecommunications, or enterprise SaaS industry.

β€’ Familiarity with data privacy regulations across regions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for CRM data management.

β€’ Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed global teams.
