📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions utilizing the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

• Develop or assist with AI-driven or agentic solutions.

• Oversee system integrations, ETL processes, BI tools, and data management operations.

• Lead intricate, multi-faceted projects across international teams.

• Guide cross-functional teams through influence within a matrix structure.

• Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders and convert them into business value.

• Collaborate with PSA tools, Order Management systems, content management platforms, and third-party AppExchange solutions.

• Assist with M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (mandatory).

• Extensive experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Experience in developing or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions.

• Strong knowledge of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.

• Practical experience with data management (data loads, mapping templates, Excel models).

• Familiarity with Salesforce Mobile capabilities.

• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-faceted projects across global teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership).

• Experience in presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value.

• Proficiency with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems.

• Knowledge of content management platforms (e.g., Seismic).

• Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions.

• Previous experience in supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems.

• Proficient in advanced English.
