Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients in their residences to assess their needs and suggest tailored window treatment solutions.

• Develop design concepts that align with each client's individual style and financial plan.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and finalize sales on-site.

• Oversee personal schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications.

• Expand business opportunities through referrals and local networking efforts.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial meeting to the final installation.

• Proficient in establishing relationships and guiding clients in their decision-making processes.

• Driven by results and motivated by unlimited earning potential.

• Self-assured, receptive to coaching, and able to work independently in the field.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple appointments throughout the week.

• Available to work at least one weekend day and four weekdays.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Comfortable with local travel.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles is advantageous.

• No prior design experience necessary; training will be provided.
