Sales Representative – HVAC and Refrigeration Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and create new market opportunities while acquiring new clients.

• Manage and enhance relationships with existing customers actively.

• Provide customers with expert advice on technical solutions related to HVAC and refrigeration technology.

• Develop system concepts based on customer needs.

• Handle customer inquiries independently.

• Prepare quotations and ensure follow-up until successful contract finalization.

• Engage in targeted marketing of technical systems, components, and services.

• Support projects from the initial inquiry stage through to order placement.

• Regularly update the Head of Sales on sales activities, market potential, and business developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and/or chilled-water systems.

• Significant sales experience in a technical setting is a must.

• Strong negotiation skills and a passion for building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

• High self-motivation with an independent and results-driven work approach.

• Valid Class B driving license.

• Willingness to travel nationally for business purposes.
