Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their needs and propose customized window treatment options.

• Develop design solutions that align with each client's preferences and budget constraints.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process and finalize sales during the home visit.

• Oversee personal calendars, appointments, and follow-up communications.

• Expand business opportunities through referrals and local networking efforts.

• Ensure a remarkable experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• Willingness to work at least one weekend day along with four weekdays.

• Comfortable with local travel.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or similar fast-paced client-facing roles is beneficial.

• No previous design experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
