Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients in their residences to comprehend their requirements and suggest personalized window treatments.

• Develop design solutions that align with each client's preferences and financial plan.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and finalize sales on-site.

• Oversee personal scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications.

• Generate additional business through referrals and community networking.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial visit to the final installation.

• No previous design experience is necessary; training will be provided.
