Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Meet with clients at their residences to assess their needs and propose personalized window treatment solutions.

• Develop design concepts that align with each client's aesthetic preferences and budget constraints.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process and finalize sales during home visits.

• Oversee your own schedule, manage appointments, and conduct follow-ups.

• Generate additional business through referrals and local networking efforts.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• Available to work at least one weekend day.

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Willingness to travel locally.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-interaction roles is advantageous.

• No previous design experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
