This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Expand and enhance the cardiac lead management business.
• Deliver solutions to physicians by effectively managing each lead in a safe, predictable, and responsible manner.
• Boost physician acceptance of Excimer laser technology and related products for eligible patients.
• Promote products through training sessions, relationship development, and in-service activities.
• Meet revenue growth targets.
• Organize assigned accounts based on potential revenue and create a territory strategy.
• Negotiate with account decision-makers regarding proposals, offers, terms, and conditions.
• Cultivate and maintain communication skills to spark physician interest in Excimer laser technology and its related products.
• Evaluate the motives, emotions, and viewpoints of decision-makers and influencers at accounts to determine suitable approaches.
• Sustain and enhance communication with Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management, and other key account influencers.
• Initiate, facilitate, and promote clinical support, technical services, maintenance, and hospital safety protocols for lead extraction products.
• Travel within Minnesota, covering areas such as Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, and Duluth; occasional travel to Western Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, demonstrating a successful history in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
• A BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in Excimer laser technology is mandatory.
• Familiarity with pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and associated CRM devices is preferred.
• Capability to manage assigned accounts, enhance utilization, foster customer relationships, solve problems, conduct business planning, manage budgets, and utilize an expense reporting system.
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong clinical and technical expertise.
• U.S. work authorization is required; candidates needing current or future work visa sponsorship will not be considered.
• Must live in or be within commuting distance of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
