Sales Support Specialist – SBA Express Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a key resource for bankers throughout the loan application process.

• Evaluate loan applications along with supporting documents to ascertain eligibility.

• Confirm the completeness of loan packages and requisite documentation.

• Assess applications in relation to the minimum Experian Blended Score criteria.

• Accurately process loan applications and due diligence documents within established service standards.

• Ensure compliance of loan requests with SBA Standard Operating Procedures, bank policies, and program guidelines.

• Communicate the status of applications, any missing information, and the next steps to bankers.

• Keep accurate records and update banking systems throughout the loan origination process.

• Collaborate with internal partners to enhance loan processing efficiency and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Identify and escalate issues that may impact eligibility, approval, or processing timelines.

• Bachelor's Degree OR a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
