Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Reach out to authors with pending payments through phone, email, and SMS, assisting them in completing their transactions.

• Establish rapport with authors, comprehend their issues, and steer discussions towards payment resolutions.

• Professionally address objections and aid authors in recognizing payment solutions.

• Actively listen, grasp each author's circumstances, and determine the optimal path to resolution.

• Accurately log commitments and arrange follow-ups with diligence.

• Oversee a personal pipeline of open cases with complete accountability.

• Maintain precise and current payment records.

• Escalate cases as necessary and clearly document all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding organizational abilities—this is a must.

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.

• Prior experience in sales, collections, account management, customer retention, or another customer-facing role where achieving results through conversation was crucial.

• Comfortable and self-assured when communicating over the phone.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of building trust and confidently requesting commitments.

• Keen attention to detail concerning numbers and payment records.

• Empathetic and patient in communication.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Metorik, WordPress, and ClickUp is a plus.

• Experience dealing with payment plans, renewals, retention, or consultative sales is advantageous.
