Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Reach out to authors with pending payments through phone, email, and SMS, assisting them in completing their transactions.

• Establish a rapport with authors, comprehend their concerns, and steer discussions towards payment resolutions.

• Address objections with professionalism and aid authors in discovering payment solutions.

• Engage in active listening to understand each author's circumstances and assist in finding the optimal path to resolution.

• Accurately log commitments and schedule follow-ups with diligence.

• Oversee a personal portfolio of open cases with complete accountability.

• Maintain precise and current payment records.

• Escalate cases when necessary and ensure that all interactions are documented clearly.

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls, follow up on payment commitments, and manage a personal caseload of author accounts in active billing phases.

• Outstanding organizational skills—this is essential.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English at an advanced level is required.

• Prior experience in sales, collections, account management, customer retention, or another customer-facing role where achieving results through conversation was crucial.

• Comfortable and confident when communicating over the phone.

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, with a talent for building trust and confidently soliciting commitments.

• Keen attention to detail concerning numbers and payment records.

• An empathetic and patient communicator.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Previous experience in sales, collections, accounts receivable, customer support, or a similar capacity.

• Familiarity with payment plans, renewals, retention, or consultative sales.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Metorik, WordPress, and ClickUp.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
