Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio of clients, encompassing both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists for the accounts you are responsible for.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek managerial assistance when necessary.

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Manage pricing and service-related functions.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Must reside in Illinois for this remote position.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products is preferred.

• Proven ability to identify, engage, build consensus, and close new business opportunities is preferred.

• Capability to present a variety of product lines is preferred.
