Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Interact with incoming customers both online and via phone.

• Identify customer needs and assist them throughout the car-buying journey.

• Suggest vehicles aligned with customer preferences utilizing knowledge of CarMax's inventory.

• Support customers with online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling vehicle deliveries.

• Facilitate a seamless transition from online shopping to in-store purchasing.

• Meet individual sales and performance goals while delivering a remarkable customer experience.

• Fulfill relevant licensing requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or similar settings.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple customer interactions.

• Strong listening abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Genesys or similar contact center systems.

• Must reside within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.

• Ability to secure an Automotive Salesperson License in relevant states, which may involve testing and travel.
