Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio of clients, encompassing both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists regarding the assigned accounts.

• Foster and sustain customer relationships to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek management assistance when necessary.

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Oversee pricing and service-related processes.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and manage monthly and quarterly reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• Experience in commissioned, tangible product sales is preferred.

• Proven ability to identify, engage, build consensus, and successfully close new business is preferred.

• Capability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
