Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio of clients, encompassing both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate and coordinate with service managers and specialists for the assigned accounts.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek managerial assistance as necessary.

• Host regular status meetings with customers to comprehend their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Manage pricing and service-related tasks effectively.

• Conduct product cross-referencing activities.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products is preferred.

• Proven track record of identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business is preferred.

• Capability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
