Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio, which includes both new and current zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists relevant to the assigned accounts.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and solicit management assistance when necessary.

• Hold regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Oversee pricing and service-related functions.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Must reside in Illinois.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year in account management or sales experience.

• Preferred: Experience in commissioned, tangible product sales.

• Preferred: Proven track record of identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business.

• Preferred: Capability to present various product lines effectively.
