Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of business, which includes both new and existing zero accounts

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists to support assigned accounts

• Foster and sustain customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek managerial assistance when necessary

• Conduct regular status meetings with customers to comprehend their needs and align them with product/service strategies

• Manage pricing strategies and service-related functions

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Must be based in Illinois

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred

• Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products is preferred

• Background in identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business is preferred

• Ability to present multiple product lines is preferred
