Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio of clients, which includes both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate and coordinate with service managers and specialists for the accounts under your responsibility.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek management assistance when necessary.

• Organize regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Supervise pricing and service-related tasks.

• Carry out product cross-referencing activities.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Competence in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Remote work position based in Illinois.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in account management or sales.

• Preferred: Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products.

• Preferred: Proven track record in identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business.

• Preferred: Capability to present various product lines effectively.
