Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio of business, which includes both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with all service managers and specialists associated with the assigned accounts.

• Foster and sustain customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated concerns and seek management assistance when necessary.

• Hold regular customer status meetings to grasp their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Administer pricing and service-related operations.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and manage monthly/quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Capability to work remotely from Illinois.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• A background in commissioned, tangible product sales is preferred.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business is preferred.

• Ability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
