Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of business, which includes both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists to support the assigned accounts.

• Foster and strengthen customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek management assistance when necessary.

• Hold regular customer status meetings to assess needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Manage activities related to pricing and services.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Work location must be in Illinois.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products is preferred.

• Background in identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business opportunities is preferred.

• Ability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
