Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio of business, which includes both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate and coordinate with service managers and specialists for the accounts assigned.

• Develop and nurture customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek managerial assistance when necessary.

• Hold regular status meetings with customers to grasp their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Manage activities related to pricing and service.

• Conduct product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and present monthly/quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• Experience in commissioned, tangible product sales is preferred.

• Proven ability to identify, engage, build consensus, and close new business opportunities is preferred.

• Capability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
