Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assigned portfolio of business, which includes both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists regarding the accounts in your purview.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek management assistance as necessary.

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Manage activities related to pricing and service.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to manage assigned customer accounts and associated service activities.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.

• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales.

• Preferred: Experience in commissioned, tangible product sales.

• Preferred: Proven ability to identify, connect with, build consensus, and close new business opportunities.

• Preferred: Capability to present multiple product lines effectively.
