Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee an assigned portfolio, managing both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate and coordinate with all service managers and specialists for the accounts under your responsibility.

• Develop and nurture customer relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels.

• Address escalated issues and seek assistance from management as necessary.

• Organize regular status meetings with customers to identify their needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Oversee pricing and service-related initiatives.

• Conduct product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales is preferred.

• A background in commissioned, tangible product sales is preferred.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, building consensus, and closing new business is preferred.

• Ability to present multiple product lines is preferred.
