Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated portfolio, which includes both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists for the accounts assigned.

• Develop and nurture customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek management assistance when necessary.

• Hold regular meetings with customers to assess their needs and align them with product and service strategies.

• Manage pricing and activities related to service.

• Conduct product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.

• Must reside in Illinois.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales.

• Preferred: Experience in commissioned sales of tangible products.

• Preferred: Proven ability to identify, engage, build consensus, and close new business.

• Preferred: Capability to present multiple product lines effectively.
