Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated book of business, encompassing both new and existing zero accounts.

• Collaborate with service managers and specialists for the accounts assigned.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and seek management assistance when necessary.

• Organize regular customer status meetings to identify needs and align them with product/service strategies.

• Manage activities related to pricing and services.

• Execute product cross-referencing tasks.

• Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Capacity to work under direct supervision.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or sales.

• Preferred: Experience in commissioned, tangible product sales.

• Preferred: Proven ability to identify, engage, build consensus, and close new business opportunities.

• Preferred: Competence in presenting multiple product lines.
