Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist with both ad-hoc and ongoing strategic analyses related to pipeline trends, segment performance, and productivity of representatives.

• Convert data into concise insights for the leadership teams in Sales and Finance.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline recurring reporting and data cleaning processes, enhance analysis speed, and draft insights.

• Support data sourcing, modeling, and manipulation for executive reporting and special projects, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual planning cycles.

• Engage in territory mapping, quota modeling, and analysis of headcount scenarios.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Tableau or Excel.

• Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and significant performance trends.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to ensure the accuracy of data.

• Enhance reporting infrastructure and standardize analytical methodologies.

• Report directly to the Sales Strategy & Operations Manager.

• Work alongside Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams across both the US and India.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, investment banking, or a similarly demanding analytical environment.

• Prior experience in consulting is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.

• Capable of leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, automate workflows, and enhance output quality.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in building models, designing analyses, and synthesizing extensive datasets into recommendations suitable for executive review.

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and conduct ad-hoc analyses from raw data.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud data platforms is an advantage.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Excellent structured communication skills.

• Ability to interpret complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Skilled in conveying stories through data.
