This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Meet the established objectives and sales targets set for the annual performance cycle.
• Market products to key stakeholders and customers in secondary care within the designated geographical area.
• Oversee the management of the Specialty customer segment.
• Create detailed business plans for the territory.
• Identify high-value opportunities, generate new business, capture competitor market share, embrace new technologies, and maintain relationships with key customers and core business.
• Manage and nurture accounts while fostering strong Company-customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team members to outline commercial needs.
• Provide internal marketplace insights to influence future business strategies.
• Maintain expertise in the procedural focus area and product offerings.
• Serve as a representative for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices in accordance with its Credo.
• Evaluate account strategies and plans utilizing both internal and external systems and data.
• Develop, implement, and sustain tactical account business plans that align with business and customer goals.
• Prepare plans for customer meetings, including contingencies, to achieve account goals and milestones.
• Cultivate relationship networks to uncover mutually beneficial opportunities for selling surgical technologies.
• Deliver presentations on brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices and other commercial teams.
• Address support requests from customer-facing colleagues and disseminate customer information via the CRM system.
• Contribute to regional business planning objectives.
• Lead training sessions for customers.
• Partner with Professional Education to build and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships and promote the Professional Education offerings.
• Comprehend technical information related to procedures and product platforms.
• Stay updated on current market and industry trends.
• Demonstrated successful experience in sales, preferably within the Medical Devices sector or Orthopaedics.
• Strong proactive networking abilities and capacity to continuously expand professional networks.
• Comfortable engaging with new individuals and initiating conversations.
• A team-oriented individual who actively collaborates across various functions.
• Strong influencing and business partnership capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend stakeholder needs, analyze those requirements, and formulate strategies that promote technology adoption.
• Capacity to become a trusted business advisor by providing effective solutions.
• Ability to establish trust with customers through insightful questioning and a consultative approach.
• Knowledgeable in account management, analytical reasoning, customer analytics, healthcare trends, market insights, market research, Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM), problem-solving, sales, solutions selling, sustainable procurement, and vendor selection.
