This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Establish yourself as a reliable advisor in the cybersecurity sector and gain expertise in CrowdStrike's services and products.
• Connect with potential customers as well as current clients to discover opportunities for growth and delivery of CrowdStrike services.
• Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Directors to validate and finalize enterprise business transactions.
• Develop and implement account strategies alongside Sales Engineers.
• Work in partnership with internal sales teams to foster new and recurring revenue streams.
• Provide forecasts and updates on pipeline status to management.
• Offer sales support and exceptional customer service, including handling escalations, triage, and coordination of urgent issues.
• Keep up-to-date with the competitive landscape in cybersecurity and effectively communicate the value of CrowdStrike's solutions and services.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for organizations facing a breach that requires Incident Response, including participation in weekend on-call rotations and potential after-hours assistance.
• Accommodate accounts in different time zones and be ready to travel occasionally for high-touch engagements.
• A competitive and collaborative team player who can mentor others when needed.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
• Attributes of persistence, coachability, charisma, quick-wittedness, flexibility, confidence, motivation, empathy, self-discipline, self-awareness, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional presentation abilities both in person and through virtual platforms.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing sales.
• A minimum of 3+ years in sales, specifically in generating new business.
• Proven track record of selling complex multi-product architectures to mid-market and enterprise clients, including C-level executives and engineering evaluators.
• History of surpassing expectations in an individual-focused, quota-carrying role.
• At least 2+ years of experience in developing sales programs.
• Technical proficiency and the capability to rapidly grasp new business and technical concepts.
• Experience in security and/or SaaS sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Readiness to take part in weekend on-call rotations and offer after-hours customer support.
