Sales Specialist – Collision Repair

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee sales initiatives for all 3M brands/products within the collision repair sector of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division.

• Execute sales programs, strategies, and policies established in coordination with the direct supervisor.

• Establish priorities, frequencies, and calling patterns to ensure effective and productive sales efforts.

• Assist with division and regional programs and initiatives.

• Develop business plans tailored for end users and provide solutions to daily challenges.

• Monitor all activities using the 3M CRM tool.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Follow safety guidelines, identify potential hazards, and contribute to ongoing improvements in EHS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher along with two (2) years of sales and/or experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.

• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years of experience in the Automotive/Collision industry.

• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license.

• Strong financial understanding.

• Technical knowledge in the Automotive and/or Collision industry.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Capability to operate a company vehicle and pass pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history checks.

• Education and work history must be included in the application.
