Sales Scrum Master, CRM Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings with sales teams from various regions.

• Monitor leads, follow-ups, proposals, and the progression of deals during stand-up meetings.

• Ensure timely updates and coordination throughout the sales pipeline.

• Assist in onboarding new sales personnel to Fouress CRM protocols, workflows, and data standards.

• Supervise compliance with CRM procedures and escalate any instances of non-compliance.

• Utilize Zoho CRM to create, modify, audit, and sustain precise records.

• Keep CRM Standard Operating Procedures documentation current as processes change.

• Analyze sales KPIs utilizing Power BI dashboards and internal reporting tools.

• Identify gaps in processes and provide data-driven insights to management.

• Ensure visibility of pipeline status across sales, procurement, and operations teams.

• Work collaboratively with procurement and operations teams to facilitate seamless pipeline flow.

• Assist management by providing structured reports, observations, and recommendations for improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM operations, or Scrum/project coordination.

• Practical experience with any CRM platform; familiarity with Zoho CRM is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

• Process-oriented and comfortable enforcing standards across teams.

• Effective and confident communicator across different regions, time zones, and levels of seniority.

• Detail-focused, emphasizing clean data, organized documentation, and consistency.

• Capability to transform observations into actionable, data-driven recommendations for leadership.
