This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage and develop a designated sales territory within the postal code range of 14–19 in the Cardiology sector independently.
• Visit, consult, and assist customers on-site, particularly in hospitals and clinical departments.
• Provide expert training and guidance to users regarding product utilization.
• Conduct product demonstrations and organize training sessions.
• Strategize and execute product launches in the sales territory.
• Engage in price and contract negotiations with clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Take charge of meeting sales and revenue objectives.
• Perform market and competitor analysis.
• Analyze sales and revenue KPIs and formulate corresponding actions.
• Participate in congresses, trade fairs, and events, including weekends.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing and Sales Management.
• Completion of secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or high school diploma (Abitur) along with a medical qualification (e.g., registered nurse) or equivalent.
• Initial experience in field sales is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to medical device sales is preferable.
• Familiarity with cardiology, cardiac surgery, or vascular surgery is advantageous.
• Knowledge of procedures in catheterization labs and/or operating rooms is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
• Enjoyment in working with people and a passion for sales.
• Capability to present complex information in a clear manner.
• Team-oriented with an independent and organized working style.
• Goal-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient in negotiation skills and closing deals.
• Experience in presenting to larger audiences.
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• Very good proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• High willingness to travel (up to 75%) within the sales territory.
• Openness to attend events, including weekends.
• Valid driving license class B required.
• Ideally reside centrally within the assigned territory.
