This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Interact with customers through various remote and in-person channels to advocate for brand messaging
• Build and sustain relationships with designated accounts
• Oversee daily sales call activities while covering unassigned territories
• Enhance remote promotional efforts through virtual engagements and in-person activities
• Meet healthcare professionals face-to-face when opportunities arise
• Leverage digital tools and technology to connect with healthcare professionals
• Conduct comprehensive program discussions with targeted healthcare professionals
• Profile and manage lists of targeted healthcare professionals
• Develop and execute business plans to meet territory and business objectives
• Communicate effectively with customers using sanctioned terminology and messaging
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the disease state and related programs
• Follow approved pre-launch and post-launch guidance
• Verify and complete data entries in client CRM systems
• Adhere to business protocols for hand-offs to the relevant personnel
• Update project progress to the Sales Leader, team members, and clients
• Ensure positive interactions with clients and their customers
• Prepare management reports
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by program leadership
• Abide by applicable laws, regulations, client policies, the code of conduct, and privacy and data guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is mandatory
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is essential
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Experience in a therapeutic area is preferred
• Experience in virtual sales is required
• Specialty pharmaceutical experience is necessary
• Proficient in utilizing digital resources, triggers, and suggestions
• Certification on product by client is preferred
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
• Submission and maintenance of credentials, including training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation, may be necessary
• Compliance with facility credentialing requirements is essential
• Specific representative licenses may be required in certain jurisdictions or hospital systems
• Up to 30% travel in the field is expected
