This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Cultivate enduring customer relationships and foster enthusiasm for the products.

• Consistently grow the customer base with the goal of boosting sales.

• Showcase the product portfolio and autonomously oversee the complete sales cycle, from customer acquisition and price negotiations to finalizing deals.

• Strategically enhance customer accounts, uncover potential, and initiate projects with clients and internal experts to drive volume increases.

• Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitive conditions.

• Assess sales results and formulate suitable action plans.

• Maintain high data quality within the CRM system.

• Contribute to market visibility through customer-centric marketing initiatives and participation in trade exhibitions.

• Provide regular updates and actively engage in customer retention strategies.

• Ensure lasting success across the sales territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed master craftsman training in the baking or confectionery sector, or a degree in food technology.

• Initial hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition.

• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with CRM systems.

• Assertive, highly communicative, and resilient character.

• Strong initiative and creativity.

• Persuasive presence.

• Robust sales orientation.

• Excellent organizational capabilities and a collaborative work ethic.

• Independent and dependable working style.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
