This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Connect with customers through remote and in-person channels to promote brand messaging.
• Build and sustain relationships with targeted healthcare provider accounts.
• Oversee daily sales call activities in unoccupied territories.
• Conduct outbound phone calls, virtual engagements, and face-to-face interactions.
• Meet with healthcare providers in person when opportunities arise.
• Utilize digital tools and technology to engage with healthcare providers.
• Hold in-depth program discussions with assigned targets to meet territory and company objectives.
• Profile and manage lists of targeted healthcare providers.
• Design and execute business plans to accomplish territory and business objectives.
• Persuasively communicate with customers using approved terminology and messaging.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the disease state and program.
• Follow approved guidance for pre- and post-launch activities.
• Complete necessary data entry in client CRM systems.
• Adhere to business protocols for hand-offs to the appropriate personnel.
• Update the Sales Leader, team members, and client on project progress.
• Uphold a positive impression with the client and their customers.
• Prepare management reports as required.
• Comply with laws, regulations, client policies, codes of conduct, privacy requirements, and data guidelines.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by program leadership.
• Travel in the field up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience is necessary.
• Virtual Sales experience is essential.
• Specialty Pharmaceutical experience is required.
• Experience with digital resources, triggers, and suggestions is preferred.
• Experience in a therapeutic area is preferred.
• Certification on products by the client is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to submit and maintain credentials, training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation as required by facilities.
• May need to obtain specific representative licenses in Nevada or Oregon, among other jurisdictions.
• Willingness and ability to travel in the field up to 30%.
