This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Engage customers through both remote and in-person channels to promote brand messaging.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted accounts.
• Oversee daily sales call activities within unoccupied territories.
• Perform outbound telephone calls, virtual engagements, and face-to-face interactions.
• Interact with healthcare professionals in person when opportunities arise.
• Leverage digital resources and technology to connect with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct thorough discussions about programs with designated healthcare professional targets.
• Profile and manage lists of targeted healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet territory and business objectives.
• Communicate with customers using effective selling, listening, and negotiation techniques.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the disease state and related programs.
• Comply with approved pre- and post-launch guidance.
• Perform data entry in client CRM systems and document target responses and subsequent actions.
• Follow established business protocols for appropriate hand-offs.
• Update the Sales Leader, team members, and clients on project progress.
• Uphold a positive image with the client and their customers.
• Prepare management reports as required.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, client policies, code of conduct, privacy and data guidelines, as well as state and federal requirements.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by program leadership.
• Be willing to travel in the field up to 30% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
• Experience in virtual sales is essential.
• Background in specialty pharmaceuticals is required.
• Familiarity with digital resources and triggers/suggestions is necessary.
• Product certification by the client is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Capability to submit and maintain credentials, including training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation as required by facilities.
• May need to obtain representative licenses in specific jurisdictions or hospital systems.
