This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee relationships with resellers and distributors to foster revenue enhancement and customer loyalty.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for reseller accounts and significant business collaborators.
• Create and sustain account strategies to stimulate growth in designated reseller channels.
• Recognize opportunities to broaden reseller involvement and boost market presence.
• Assist in the execution of pricing strategies, customer contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance of reseller accounts with company policies and operational protocols.
• Supervise an Inside Sales partner along with one direct report.
• Cultivate and uphold robust working relationships with reseller partners, suppliers, and leaders of self-manufactured products.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Facilitate customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Champion the interests of reseller clients within the organization.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quotes, Pricing, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Aid B2B engagement initiatives to simplify ordering procedures and minimize manual order interventions.
• Coordinate the resolution of payment disputes, order challenges, pricing inconsistencies, and customer escalations.
• Provide insights on reseller engagement, account management, and customer handling processes.
• Promote continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels across the United States, with significant focus on Texas, California, and New Jersey.
• Primarily work from a home office with considerable regional travel to client locations.
• Experience in managing commercial agreements, pricing programs, and customer negotiations.
• Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed business environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations five days a week.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams.
• Preferred familiarity with CRM systems and QlikSense.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a distribution setting.
• Preferred market knowledge and experience.
• Expertise in account management and customer relationship management.
• Understanding of pricing, contracts, and commercial business practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to assess business opportunities and client requirements.
• Skill in influencing stakeholders and driving decisions across various functions.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
