This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee relationships with US resellers and distributors to foster revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
• Act as the main commercial point of contact for reseller accounts and essential business partners.
• Create and uphold account plans aimed at driving growth within assigned reseller channels.
• Discover opportunities to increase reseller engagement and boost market penetration.
• Assist in the implementation of pricing programs, customer agreements, and commercial terms.
• Ensure that reseller accounts adhere to company policies and business processes.
• Manage the Inside Sales partner, which includes one direct report.
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with reseller partners, vendors, and product leaders.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Aid in customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Represent reseller customers within the organization.
• Collaborate with teams in Customer Service, Quotes, Pricing, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, and Sales.
• Assist in B2B engagement initiatives to optimize ordering processes and minimize manual order interventions.
• Coordinate the resolution of payment disputes, order problems, pricing inconsistencies, and customer escalations.
• Provide direction on reseller engagement, account management, and customer management processes.
• Promote continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support the entire United States, with significant involvement in Texas, California, and New Jersey.
• Primarily work from a home office with considerable regional travel to customer locations.
• Proven experience with commercial agreements, pricing programs, and customer negotiations.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively navigate a cross-functional, matrixed business environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations five days a week.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams.
• Preference for experience with CRM systems and QlikSense.
• Minimum of five years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a distribution setting.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in the market.
• Expertise in account management and customer relationship management.
• Understanding of pricing, contracts, and commercial business practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to assess business opportunities and customer requirements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across functions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
