Sales Representative – Inbound Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage warm inbound inquiries from merchants who have either reached out or been cultivated by the client's team

• Identify business requirements and finalize agreements

• Provide assistance to merchants regarding applications, banking details, and identification documents

• Follow up until merchants are completely established

• Conduct a brief skills assessment and a short interview as part of the recruitment process

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in outbound or closing phone sales

• Exceptional spoken English skills

• Background in selling merchant services, credit-card processing, payment processing, fintech, or POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory

• Confident in requesting deals and closing sales

• A quiet environment to work in

• Reliable home internet connection

• Availability for graveyard shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time

• Some calls may require communication in Tagalog based on account assignment
