Sales Representative, Hindi / Punjabi Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining an excellent standard of service.

• Actively offer comprehensive information regarding the company's electric bikes.

• Schedule appointments and oversee delivery processes.

• Resolve customer issues and objections attentively, fostering their satisfaction and confidence in the company's offerings.

• Employ effective sales techniques to convert prospective clients into loyal customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native or fluent speaker of Hindi and Punjabi.

• Strong command of English (C1-C2 level).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales position.

• Access to a high-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.

• Must be available to work according to New York time zone (shifts from 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time).

• Outstanding problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
