Sales Representative, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Transform incoming phone and online inquiries into successful sales without any cold calling.

• Assess customer requirements, offer expert advice, and suggest appropriate product solutions.

• Assist customers throughout the post-order phase until delivery is successfully completed.

• Collaborate with architects and the factory to ensure seamless production and delivery of customized products.

• Work with the team to exchange knowledge and enhance sales methodologies.

• Play a role in elevating the quality of customer support.

• Provide support for the German market for Pineca Group, an online provider of prefabricated wooden structures and wood-based living solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C1+) and strong spoken and written communication skills in English (C1+).

• Background in active sales, ideally within a B2C setting.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or equivalent tools.

• Experience in selling high-value or customizable products is a significant advantage.

• Competence in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Quick and efficient working style; adept at responding promptly, thinking on your feet, and sustaining momentum throughout the sales process.
