This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively cultivate both existing and new business clients within a designated area.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key prospects and decision-makers.
• Keep precise records of contacts and prospects utilizing company systems and protocols.
• Oversee post-sale client interactions to enhance product extension sales.
• Direct sales efforts from initial outreach to the closure of sales.
• Work in conjunction with Core Sellers to uncover new data and analytics revenue prospects.
• Organize and engage in technical and sales presentations.
• Stay informed about company technology, products, and consulting services.
• Offer solutions based on the benefits of business outcomes.
• Evaluate competitor products and activities, providing insights for marketing strategies and product enhancement.
• Create comprehensive quotations and proposals while minimizing risks for the company.
• Adhere to quotation review protocols and take accountability for the scope, accuracy, and success of proposals.
• Deliver regular detailed reports to Management concerning Sales and Marketing efforts and success metrics.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, and other events aimed at generating sales.
• Promote Guidewire’s data and analytics software, specifically focusing on the HazardHub geospatial data product.
• Meet revenue, sales, and profit objectives.
• Approach potential clients and maintain relationships with current clients to drive new sales.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Significant experience and knowledge of the Property and Casualty Insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Experience in selling data and geospatial tools is also advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to methodically progress opportunities through the enterprise sales cycle.
• Strong oral communication, liaison, and representation abilities.
• Proficient writing skills.
• Capability to proofread personal and others' materials.
• Skill in analyzing market trends and business data to discover new market opportunities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% overnight nationwide for client meetings.
