📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls on a daily basis to transform potential customers into loyal subscribers

• Utilize provided laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, and Five9 adapter to accurately document sales calls and related activities

• Actively listen to customers, identify solutions, convey value, offer recommendations, and effectively address objections

• Uphold high personal and professional ethical standards while achieving sales targets and qualifying for rewards, recognition, and advancement

• Handle or surpass a minimum of 75 sales calls within an 8.5-hour work shift

• Engage in video meetings, events, and one-on-one coaching sessions with sales leadership

• Conduct sales calls and training remotely from the comfort of your home

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, either currently or in the future

• Permanent residency is required in one of the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Idaho, Illinois, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, West Virginia, Tennessee, or Texas

• A strong passion for generating sales (call center experience is preferred)

• Capability to build rapport to genuinely and ethically meet customer needs

• A competitive spirit aimed at achieving and surpassing both company-wide and personal sales objectives

• Successful completion of background/employment history checks and drug screenings

• Proficiency in computer usage and ability to multitask effectively

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
