Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients in their residences to assess their requirements and suggest personalized window treatment options.

• Develop design concepts that cater to each client's unique style and financial considerations.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process and finalize sales at their homes.

• Organize personal schedule, appointments, and follow-up communications.

• Expand business opportunities through referrals and local networking initiatives.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• Enhance clients' environments with bespoke blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work at least one weekend day and four weekdays.

• Dependable transportation is necessary.

• Comfortable with local travel.

• Capability to work independently in the field.

• Proficient in managing multiple appointments throughout the week.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles is advantageous.

• No previous design experience is required; training will be provided.
