Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Meet with clients at their residences to assess their needs and suggest personalized window treatment solutions.

• Develop design concepts customized to each client's preferences and financial plan.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey, facilitating sales directly in their homes.

• Oversee personal schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications.

• Expand business opportunities through referrals and local networking efforts.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• Sell custom window coverings such as blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters for 3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer.

• Driven by performance with a strong interest in unlimited earning potential.

• Self-assured, open to coaching, and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Well-organized with the ability to juggle multiple appointments throughout the week.

• Willingness to work at least one weekend day.

• Dependable transportation and the ability to travel locally with ease.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles is desirable.

• No previous design experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
